In short: this site uses no cookies and no ad trackers. Hotmart handles checkout and payment. We use your name and email only to deliver your purchase and to answer you. We never sell your data.
Who is responsible

On this website
- No cookies, no advertising pixels, no ad trackers.
- If you arrive from a link with campaign tags (like
utm_source=instagram), the page keeps those tags in your browser for this visit only and adds them to the checkout link, so we know which video or network brought you. They're erased when you close the tab and aren't linked to your name. - We count page visits and taps on the buy, download and sound buttons, together with those campaign tags, the page, the website you came from, your country and whether you're on a phone. No cookies, no IP address stored, and nothing that identifies you: just a random number for this tab, erased when you close it.
- Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse, and may give us anonymous, cookie-free visit counts.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in order to send them.
When you buy
Checkout is run by Hotmart, which collects your name, email, payment and billing details under its own privacy policy. Hotmart shares with us the details of your order, such as your name, email, what you bought and the campaign tags above, so we can deliver the product, support you and handle refunds. We never receive your full card number.
Emails and messages
We use your email for your purchase and to answer you. We won't send you marketing emails unless you've agreed to receive them, and every such email includes a way to unsubscribe. If you comment on or message Mr. Graydon's social accounts, replies may come from an automated assistant, which says it is automated.
We never sell your data
We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for support, refunds and our legal and tax obligations, and are then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or ask how it's used, by writing to hello@mrgraydon.com. Depending on where you live (for example, under U.S. state privacy laws or Brazil's LGPD), you may have additional rights, and we'll honor them. We answer within 30 days.
Children
This site and our products are meant for adults and are not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
