How to ask for a refund
- Through Hotmart: open the purchase email from Hotmart and follow the link to your purchase, or go to the Hotmart Help Center and search for "refund". Hotmart processes the refund directly.
- Or write to us at hello@mrgraydon.com from the email you used at checkout, and we'll take care of it for you.
What gets refunded
The full amount you paid for the e-book. Add-ons bought at checkout (Printable Cleaning Schedule & Checklists) have the same 7-day guarantee.
When the money comes back
Hotmart returns the money to your original payment method. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank or card issuer: usually a few business days, sometimes up to one billing cycle.
After a refund
Access to the product is canceled, and we kindly ask that you delete any copies you downloaded.
